Omniprobe, a semiconductor test equipment design/manufacturing firm, has expanded their headquarters facility in Dallas with a long-term lease agreement. Rob Meche of Banner Commercial represented Omniprobe in the negotiations.

Software Developer Renews in Grand Prairie

Point-of-Rental Systems, a leading developer of rental management software has renewed its office lease in Grand Prairie, Texas. The firm occupies 3,437 square fee. Tyler Burns of Banner Commercial handled the negotiations on Point of Rental's behalf.

Defense Company Renews Leases

DRS Technologies has renewed leases for buildings on the Texas Instruments campus in Dallas, Texas, consolidating operations there. Jeff Garibaldi of The Garibaldi Group and Rob Meche of Banner Commercial represented DRS in negotiations with TI.

Law Firm Moves to Granite Park

Leggett and Clemons, PLLC has relocated their Plano, Texas office to the Granite Park office complex in North Plano. The lease of 7,157 square feet will accommodate internal growth and the addition of new partners. The firm, now named Basinger, Leggett, Clemons, Bowling, Shore and Crouch, was represented in the transaction by Sarah Jones of Banner Commercial.

SDL International Expands in San Jose

In order to accommodate the growth of their San Jose, California office, SDL International has taken additional space and extended their lease in the Silicon Valley Center office complex. SDL now occupies 9,500 square feet. Bob Robbins of Banner Commercial represented SDL in the negotiations.

Pepco Sales Renews Houston Lease

Pepco Sales of Dallas, a manufacturer's representative for plumbing, HVAC and bathroom fixtures, has renewed the lease on their 16,000 square foot Northwest Houston location. As part of the lease extension, Pepco will create a training center for product demonstrations. Banner Commercial's Bob Robbins represented Pepco in the renewal negotiations.
