Terex Corporation Opens New Office in Plano  
June 01, 2007 - Banner Commercial has represented Terex Corporation in the leasing of approximately 12,000 square feet of office space at Granite Park III, located in Plano, Texas. This site shall house the global marketing efforts for Terex's Mining Division. Banner Commercial's Bob Robbins managed the site selection and lease negotiation process on behalf of Terex.

Banner Commercial Expands Tenant Representation Staff 
January 16, 2007 - Banner Commercial is pleased to announce that it has added Nate Will, a recent graduate of Texas Tech University's Jerry S. Rawls College of Business Administration, to its Tenant Representation staff. Nate will specialize in assisting clients in Industrial and Tech/Flex facilities.

Mustang Technology Group Continues Expansion
January 1, 2007- Banner Commercial client Mustang Technology Group has expanded its facility to approximately 35,000 square feet. The facility is comprised of office, assembly and engineering laboratory space in the Bethany Tech Center in Allen, Texas. Mustang Technology Group designs and develops a full line of radar solutions for the Defense Industry. Banner Commercial's Rob Meche assisted Mustang Technology Group with their expansion planning, lease negotiations, and project management.

Fruit of the Earth Relocates Headquarters and Renews Manufacturing Facility
October 15, 2006 - Banner Commercial represented Fruit of the Earth, a manufacturer of aloe vera based sun and health care products, in the expansion and relocation of its headquarters and distribution facility. Fruit of the Earth leased approximately 120,282 square feet of office/warehouse space in a new state-of-the-art facility on High River Road in Fort Worth, Texas. In conjunction with the headquarters expansion, Fruit of the Earth renewed its 130,000 square foot manufacturing facility located on Avenue R in Grand Prairie, Texas. Banner Commerical's Tom Walrich managed the facility assessment, property search, lease negotiations and project management efforts for Fruit of the Earth.
