Touchpay Holdings Continues Growth

In order to accommodate their continued growth, Touchpay Holdings, LP, a provider of automated payment solutions to correctional facilities, has recently leased 7800 sq ft of office/flex space at 7801 Mesquite Bend Road in Irving, Tx. Banner Commercial's Tyler Burns represented Touchpay in the transaction.

Woori USA relocates DFW operations

Woori USA, a telecommunications packaging provider, has expanded and relocated their DFW facility to better serve the customer needs, accommodate new capital equipment installation and expand their production. Reed Parker and Rob Meche of Banner Commercial represented Woori USA in their search and lease negotiations for the new location.

Trinity Title Opens New Office in Austin

Trinity Title of Texas has opened a new office in the Plaza 7000 building located at 7000 N Mopac in Austin. In addition to serving the northwest Austin market, the 5000 sq ft office will also serve as Trinity Title's Austin headquarters.
